Every year Nicola normally hosts her ‘Ever Popular’ Christmas Door Wreath Making Workshops at our shop in Welwyn Garden City. Because of the current Covid-19 Pandemic and the restrictions in place we took the decision to share our workshop via video instead. Subscribers to this workshop can collect a goody box from our store (or we can deliver for a small additional fee – check our delivery area by clicking here https://www.lambertsflowercompany.co.uk/delivery-information) which is filled with all the elements to make a festive Christmas Door Wreath. Step-by-step instructions are also included. The only thing you will need to supply is a pair of scissors – We hope you enjoy!

What happens?
From complete beginners to keen flower arrangers, you’ll love this Fun & Festive themed workshop. Via a YouTube Video link, Nicola will give you a detailed step-by-step demonstration on how to create the design. Then it’s your turn to get creative and make your very own Christmas Door Wreath!

When?
Goody boxes will be available for collection from our shop or local delivery any day, (Monday – Saturday) from 16/11/20 up until 20/12/20

How much does this video workshop cost?
This workshop is £35 per person which includes a link to a video giving you expert tuition together with a Goody Box filled with everything you need to create your very own Christmas Door Wreath.

How long does the workshop last?
The video lasts approximately 30 minutes and it’s estimated that you’ll take between 1 and 2 hours to create the design.

How will I receive the video of the tuition?
On the day of delivery or collection of your Goody Box we will email a link to you. You simply click on the YouTube link and press play!

Who will make and delivery my chosen gift?

Local area Your gift will be created by one of our skilled florists at our store which is located in Welwyn Garden City. Will the flowers/plants be exactly as shown in the image?

Unless specified, the designs shown are to illustrate the colour way of your chosen gift. Our stock (and our partner florists if UK delivery) of flowers and plants changes on a daily basis so we prefer to use the freshest seasonal flowers and plants available on your chosen delivery or collection date. How can I pay for my order online?

What if the recipient is not at home when you deliver?

If no one is at home when we attempt delivery, your gift will either be left with a neighbour or, a safe place at the recipients address. Alternatively, your gift may be returned to our shop. We will leave a calling card for the recipient to advise them of the action taken. The card will state the whereabouts of the gift and our contact details. In the event of the item being returned to our shop, once contacted by the recipient, we will arrange re-delivery at a mutually agreed time

How do I know whether my order has been delivered?

You can be assured that the greatest care will be taken to delivery your order successfully. If we have difficulty, we will advise you as soon as possible. If a re-delivery is necessary, every effort is made to achieve this on your requested day but we reserve the right to deliver the following day if nece

Can I amend an order which I have already placed?

If you would like to change the details of an order you've already placed, simply contact us on: 01707 326329 (or, from outside the UK on: +44 (0)1707 326329).

Do you deliver on Sunday's?

Yes for local orders this is possible. Although our shop is not normally closed on Sunday's we do offer a delivery service. Orders must be placed by 4pm the day before at the very latest.

Can I choose a time for delivery?

Yes this is possible for local orders. Simply choose our 'Time-slot' option shown after you have added your selected item to the shopping cart. We offer hourly time-slots from 9.00 to 17.00. This service is available for orders placed for next day delivery and beyond. Please be aware that this service is not available during the weeks that include Valentines Day and Mother's Day.

Where can I send your flowers?

What happens if I provide the incorrect address for the recipient?

In this case, you may be required to pay an additional delivery cost of £6.00

Can I just send a Jellycat toy on it's own?

No. Our Jellycat toys must accompany a bouquet, arrangement or plant gift.
